The Annual General Meeting will take place upstairs in the Sports Centre on the evening of Wednesday 12th January 2011 commencing at 8:45pm. There will be mince pies for all attendees. 

If anyone is interested in joining the committee they will have to be proposed and seconded by existing members of the club on forms that are available from the Club Secretary (Ralph Dickinson). All nominations must be passed to the Secretary by Wednesday 22nd December.

If anyone wishes to have any item included on the Agenda for the AGM they will also have to inform to the Secretary by Wednesday 22nd December.

Only items on the Agenda will be discussed at the AGM
