Blyth RC

awards4.jpg•Blyth RC is one of the region's fastest-growing athletics clubs in the North East.

•Despite being close to more established clubs, their hard-working back-room team have built up a strong group of young athletes as well as slowly strengthening their senior groups.

•They are not weary of travelling out of the region for Northern and National Championships and were one of only three clubs from the North East to compete in the Northern Athletics six stage road relay championships.

•To give their athletes an opportunity to compete across more events, they have joined with Wallsend in the North of England senior track and field league, and Alnwick Harriers to compete in the Young Athletes League.
