Gibside Trail
Race
[Sun 6th Nov 2011] For once the
weather was almost perfect for the running of this year's Blackhill Bounders
hosted Gibside trail race in the National Trust
grounds at Gibside near Rowlands
Gill, Gateshead.
Being run over the new shorter 5.75 mile course, the hills still make
this a difficult event, but at least the glorious Autumn colours
gave a stunning backdrop, if you had time to look.
