Summer Cup Report 2013

Congratulations to Leanne Davies, the overall winner of the 2013 Summer Cup with an incredibly low total score of 15 pts from her 9th, and three 2nd placed scoring finishes.  In 2nd place on 33pts was Brian Singleton, and third place went to Peter Maylia with 42pts.

The team event saw a win for "MPFree Runners", which consisted of Graeme Stewart, Robbie Barkley, Peter Holmback, Kevin Freeman, Louise Rawlinson and Claire Stewart.  The team achieved 2 firsts, 2 seconds, 1 third and a sixth place finish for a total of 113 pts.  In a close second place, on 107 pts, were "RnR", and in third with 90 pts were "Aye Up Me Duck".

Many thanks to the organisers, marshals, timekeepers and helpers without whose time and effort the event couldn't take place.
