



Training
We meet at Blyth Sports Centre on Monday and Wednesday evenings at 18:45, and on Sunday mornings some members meet at 9:00 am for the obligatory longer run. Our members cover a wide range of abilities; some are at "the sharp end" of races while others run just for fun or simply to keep fit.
The Monday and Wednesday sessions, organised by Aynsley Herron, are mixed ability
sessions suitable for everyone -
